    認清價值

    不喜歡聽人一直抱怨, 因為那代表無力改變
    常常聽到週圍的人不滿於現況, 但我通常都會問一句, 若這麼不能接受它, 為何不改變它.

    通常人談論的不滿是體現在工作或感情或親情上, 除了親情是無法選擇外, 其實工作及感情都是可以操之在己的.

    在工作上,最常聽到的是對公司或主管的不滿. 若是當作討論的話題, 倒也沒關係, 但總有人不斷的說公司或主管如何如何的爛, 自己的貢獻有多大, 有多想離開公司,聽到的抱怨總是一樣, 而且天天提天天罵天天想離職,但年復一年, 日復一日,沒有看到改變. 有時我忍不住問,難道不會累嗎? 我都聽到累了.

    可能是自己看得太開了...總覺得應該認清自己的價值. 在職場上,自己只是一個商品,或者是更主動者當作是商人. 若是商品,在公司內必有其價值,例如你去商店買一個商品, 你會付多少錢購買呢? 人在公司之於商品在商店, 公司會用多少錢雇你,你何時會失去其價值讓公司換一個新的, 或是能增值呢? 若是把自己看成商人,那是更好,我常常認為勞資雙方的架構其實只是個買賣.資方是買家,所以資方給的條件可以不必遷就勞方,而勞方必需認清資方是個買家, 他有權買對等價值的商品,只要你值得. 你不必委曲的在那訴苦,你可以找到更好的買家.若是對應到主管, 小妹我是嚴格的看待主管的能力,所以與其罵他,倒不如換掉他....哈哈....這也是我年輕時常常換工作的原因呀....總之不能接受就改變呀...人 生可以自己做主的事雖然不多, 但也不少.

    不過發洩是人之長情,所以抱怨在所難免,我倒也不是不能接受,只是在若是不能改變它,勸你換個態度接受它
